In order for you to be able to use our websites with peace of mind, MHComm provides you here with all the information about the collection and use of your personal data. If you have any comments or suggestions to make, please do not hesitate to contact us via our contact form.

In particular, we meet the requirements of the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) that came into effect on May 25, 2018 in the European Union and directly applicable to member states.

1. Forms on the site and personal data

When you send a message through this site, you will be asked to provide your name, e-mail address and possibly other personal information. This information is stored in a database hosted in the EU. Your IP address is also recorded but will never be displayed, used or disclosed except as required by law.

In accordance with article 39 of the french law of January 6, 1978 relating to “data processing, files and freedoms” and in particular article 13 of the RGPD, linked to the right to information, we invite you to consult the section: “Your rights”. We do not use your data for marketing purposes, mailings and we do not transmit them to any third party.

The recipients of your messages are our internal departments, depending on the nature and subject of your message.

2. Person in charge of the processing and storage period

The responsibility for the processing of your personal data is shared with the website publisher – please refer to the legal notice page.

Your personal data, taking into account the nature of the data and its use, will be kept for a maximum of 3 years after your last interaction with MHComm (article 5 of the GDPR, limitation of data retention period).

3. Your rights

In accordance with the RGPD, you can in particular: :

  • cancel your consents using the unsubscribe links present on our email campaigns, or by simple request using our contact forms.
  • request access to your stored personal data, in textual or interoperable form (right to portability), their modification or their deletion from our databases, by sending a message via our contact form. Your request will be processed within one month, in accordance with the regulations.

4. How to exercise your rights?

5. Cookies and statistical monitoring of site traffic

The site uses the Google Analytics solution, intended to carry out an anonymous statistical follow-up of frequentation and navigation. In accordance with regulatory requirements, when you first visit the site, you can refuse this tracking by clicking on the “DENY” button.

If you accept the deposit of statistical cookies, we will then be able to carry out a statistical follow-up allowing us only to analyze the use of our site in order to improve it and enrich it. The duration of this consent is 13 months maximum.
